Refund & Return Policy

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if the product is:

• Damaged or defective upon delivery
• Incorrect product delivered
• Significantly different from product description

As our products are food items, we do not accept returns due to change of mind.

2. How to Initiate a Return

Contact our support team within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damaged/incorrect product. Email: returns@bailchakki.com or WhatsApp us.

3. Refund Process

Once your return is approved:

• Online Payments: Refund to original payment method within 5-7 business days
• COD Orders: Refund via bank transfer or UPI within 7-10 business days

4. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be issued if only part of the order is returned, or if the product shows signs of use beyond inspection.

5. Replacement Option

Instead of a refund, you may opt for a replacement of the same product at no extra charge.

6. Non-Refundable Cases

• Return request made after 7 days of delivery
• Product opened or consumed beyond reasonable inspection
• Damage caused by improper storage after delivery
• Discount coupons or promotional credits

7. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible. For subscriptions, you may cancel anytime before the next delivery date.
